How does one find anything so delicate and tiny as the Trout Lily?
Cunningly nestled beneath the leaves on the woodland floor I came upon this beautiful reminder that despite the visible remains of winter, Spring is on its way.
I tramp more lightly!
My garden holds nothing as glorious, although I must not be mean spirited for the remnant of dozens of daffodils planted in my back forty years ago burst forth this week and glows in the mud.
